We provide technical support for desktop PC’s, including troubleshooting of both software and hardware. Installation and configuration of peripherals including printers and scanners. Installation and setup of virtually any software application.
In some instances we can provide support for small Microsoft LANs including connectivity issues.
If you already have technical support, that’s no problem! We speak Geek, and can act as “interpreter,” ensuring that you understand completely what is being done, and why.
Do you have all your computer documentation handy? Do you know when the warranties on your monitors, printers, and computers expire? Could you find all your software if you needed to reinstall? Have you recorded all your software’s registration information? If your answer to any of these questions is “huh?” you’re a candidate for our Systems Inventory service. We will perform a complete inventory of hardware and software, record all necessary information regarding warranties and registrations, gather your software together, and put it all together for you in an attractive binder. We will provide blank forms if you prefer to maintain the inventory yourself, or we will return on an “as needed” basis to update it for you.
